Lagenda Privilege Club is a privilege program for our Lagenda Properties Berhad’s purchasers to be rewarded in recognition of their support and loyalty towards Lagenda Properties Berhad. 

Membership extends to all existing and future purchasers (hereinafter referred as “Member” or “Members” as the context may dictate) who own properties under Lagenda Properties Berhad and it listed subsidiaries, free of charge.

Repeat Purchase Reward is only applicable for new properties purchased directly from Lagenda Properties Berhad and its listed subsidiaries and does not apply to such properties in a sub-sale or secondary transaction.
Member’s reward tier shall be determined based on current total accumulated net selling price value of properties purchased under the group, not including the net selling price of the New Property to be purchased.

The referral cash incentive rewards value entitled to the Member will be based on the net selling price of the property purchased by the non-member buyer referred. The Member introducing the non-member (referee) must specifically inform Lagenda Properties Berhad’s in-house personnel directly of such introduction and shall be made before the referee has signed the booking form and paid the booking fee (if any) for the purchase of the property.
