Campaign Duration: 22 August 2025 to 31 December 2025

Terms & Conditions

1. The campaign runs from 22 August 2025 to 31 December 2025.

2. All bookings must be completed within this period to qualify.

3. Campaign Entries: Each property purchase entitles participants to one (1) entry in the campaign lucky draws.

4. Participant Eligibility – This campaign is open only to:

a. Malaysian citizens aged 21 years and above or as mandated by each participant’s local country and state regulations
b. Participants who reside in Malaysia, and
c. Participants who have made purchases on relevant participating projects under SIAP! Campaign

5. Campaign Rules: Participants may enter the campaign via the following Eligibility Requirements:

a. Purchasers of selected residential properties who:
i. Book a unit during the campaign period, and
ii. Sign a Sale & Purchase Agreement by or before 31 January 2026 purchasing the listed projects under this campaign

b. Participants are entitled to relevant incentives under SIAP! Campaign; relevant to the listed projects

6. Buyers are entitled to the campaign lucky draw prizes. The prizes include:

i. Grand Prize – 1 unit of Proton e.Mas 7 (Prime)
ii. 1 unit of Honda CBR150R (Motorcycle)
iii. 2 units of Apple Watch Ultra (2 lucky buyers will be under this prize category and each buyer is entitled to only 1 unit of lucky prize)
iv. 3 units of Laptop (3 lucky buyers will be under this prize category and each buyer is entitled to only 1 unit of lucky prize)
iv. 3 units of Honor Pad 9 | Tablet (3 lucky buyers will be under this prize category and each buyer is entitled to only 1 unit of lucky prize)

7. To be eligible for the lucky draw:

a. The said Purchaser has fully executed the Loan Offer Letter.
b. Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is fully executed by the Purchaser and stamped.
c. Loan Agreement (LA) & other documents pertaining to LA are fully executed by Purchaser and stamped.
d. Purchaser has paid 10% down payment.
e. Purchaser’s completed documents are file are passed and accepted by Credit Control Department (CCD).

8. Winner Selection: Winning participants will be selected by lucky draw during an event in Quarter 1 2026

9. Further details on the date & mechanism of the Lucky Draw Redemption will be communicated to all eligible buyers via an announcement prior event.

10. Winner Disqualification: Lagenda Properties Berhad reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the campaign suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of Lagenda.

11. Lagenda will not be liable for system failures, network errors, the registration webpage being unavailable, hacks on the system or personal phone or application issues.

12. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the campaign, this will be decided by Lagenda. Lagenda’s decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions) and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Lagenda may collect personal information from participants. By entering this campaign, participants agree that Lagenda may use their name or photo you have provided to Lagenda, for promotional purposes, including, without limitation, on its websites, social media, within its magazines or within promotional emails, without further notice or compensation for publicity, advertising or any other related purposes in any manner whatsoever.

14. Lagenda reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion at any time during the campaign period without prior notice.

15. Participants shall indemnify Lagenda and its subsidiaries from and against all claims, damage, losses, costs and expenses suffered as a result of any breach by the Participant of the eligibility criteria and these Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the campaign.

16. Lagenda reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel the campaign without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the competition shall not entitle any participants to any claims or compensation against Lagenda and its subsidiaries for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

17. Entry to the campaign shall constitute the participant’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the participant’s agreement to be bound by them. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the participant shall not enter this campaign.

18. The campaign and the Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Malaysia.

    All purchasers of selected residential properties who book a unit from the listed participating projects during the campaign period and successfully complete the sale before 30 January 2026 will be entitled to selected sales incentives as well as lucky draws for campaign prizes during the SIAP! campaign period.

    Sales incentives for SIAP! Campaign include zero booking fee, 1 time defect rectification (up to RM8k*), free valuation fees (up to RM2k*), free legal fees on SPA & Loan Agreement, free Memorandum of Transfer (MOT)

    Campaign prizes for SIAP! include
