Under his stewardship, the Company has successfully launched numerous affordable residential projects and integrated townships, beginning in Sitiawan, Perak, and expanding across Johor, Selangor, Kedah, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan, with more developments in the pipeline.

Mr. Chua Seng Hooi, Andy brings over 30 years of extensive experience, having held senior roles at well-established companies like IOI Properties Berhad, Mines Resort Berhad, and Mah Sing Berhad. Before joining Lagenda, he served as the Executive Director at Guocoland (Malaysia) Berhad. Throughout his career, Mr. Chua has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability across a variety of projects, from residential properties to integrated mixed developments. His leadership has also spanned international markets, overseeing ventures in countries including Singapore, China, Japan, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Accomplishments and Contributions:
Mr Jasrinderjit is the Head of Investments, Strategy & Corporate Relations of Lagenda Properties Berhad (“LPB”) and has been designated by the Board as the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Company to support the executive leadership of LPB and the Board of Directors.
He began his career as a corporate lawyer at Wong & Partners (a member firm of Baker McKenzie), where he advised on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, joint ventures and restructurings. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and value creation across significant and high-impact corporate transactions.
He subsequently joined Quantephi Sdn Bhd, where he gained extensive corporate finance experience with a continued focus on mergers and acquisitions, distressed restructurings and refinancing exercises. During this period, he developed strong analytical, execution, and negotiation capabilities in managing complex financial and strategic transactions.
Mr Jasrinderjit joined LPB in 2018 and advanced rapidly through successive leadership roles before his appointment as Head of Investments, Strategy & Corporate Relations. His progression within the Group reflects the Board’s confidence in his leadership capabilities, strategic judgement, and deep understanding of the Group’s business and operating environment.
In his current role, he provides enterprise-wide leadership across key Group portfolios, including corporate strategy and business expansion; mergers and acquisitions, land acquisitions, and joint ventures; capital markets and fundraising initiatives; governance, investor relations, and sustainability strategy; as well as broader stakeholder engagement.

Mr. Lau Kok Lian (“Mr. Lau”) is an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) professional with over 20 years of industry experience, including more than a decade specializing in HVAC systems and cleanroom facilities. His portfolio spans both Malaysia and international projects, particularly within the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries, where he has delivered high-performance environments in compliance with ISO and GMP standards.
He brings strong technical expertise in system design, installation, testing and commissioning, along with solid capabilities in project management and stakeholder coordination. Throughout his career, he has consistently contributed to the successful delivery of complex engineering solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Since joining the Group in 2012, Mr. Lau has accumulated over 14 years of extensive experience in property development and construction, leading the successful delivery of multiple large-scale projects. He has demonstrated proven strengths in project planning, cost control, contract management, and cross-functional coordination, with a consistent track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.
In his current role as Director of Project Implementation, Mr. Lau oversees the overall planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale landed township developments, including residential and commercial units, as well as supporting infrastructure and community facilities. He works closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution while upholding the Group’s standards for quality, safety, and timely completion.

Accomplishments and Contributions:
Ms. Heng Pei Sian (“Ms. Heng”) has more than 15 years of experience in finance, covering operations, accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, budgeting, and group financial consolidation. She joined the Group in 2016 as an Accountant and, through consistent performance and leadership, has progressed to her current role as Financial Controller.
In her present role, Ms. Heng oversees the Group’s full finance functions, including statutory reporting, cashflow and treasury management, tax compliance, and group consolidation. She also supports management with budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and overall financial planning for the Company and its subsidiaries.
Ms. Heng also has significant exposure to the property development and construction industry, particularly in project accounting, progress billing, cost tracking, work-in-progress reporting, and financial oversight of multi-phase development projects. She works closely with project and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Heng gained valuable experience in the leisure and hospitality sector as well as in manufacturing, strengthening her foundation in operational finance, internal controls, and cross-functional coordination.
