KUALA LUMPUR: Lagenda Properties Bhd is set to launch two new townships in Sungai Petani, Kedah, and in Negeri Sembilan in the financial year 2026 (FY26), according to CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

The new launches are expected to support the property developer’s bullish projection for sales to hit RM1.8 billion, reflecting a three-year compound annual growth rate of 16.1 per cent.
