Lagenda Delivers Record Revenue and Profit After Tax In Q2 and 1HFY2026

PETALING JAYA, 18 August 2026 – Lagenda Properties Berhad (“Lagenda” or the “Group”) delivered a record performance in the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 (“Q2 FY2026”), with revenue reaching a new quarterly high of RM336.2 million and profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM56.6 million. For the six months ended 30 June 2026 (“1H FY2026”), the Group achieved record revenue of RM598.4 million and PAT of RM100.8 million, marking its strongest first-half performance to date.

The performance was driven by continued construction progress and sustained demand across the Group’s key developments, with higher revenue recognition mainly driven by townships in Selangor and Johor.

The Group said the stronger quarterly performance was in line with its expectations, supported by steady construction progress across its key developments. With projects continuing to progress through their respective construction stages, the Group expects earnings to build progressively over the course of FY2026.

“Our performance reflects the continued progress of our developments and sustained demand for affordable homes across our key markets. The stronger second-quarter performance was in line with our expectations, and we are cautiously optimistic for momentum to continue through the year. We remain focused on disciplined execution, timely project delivery and maintaining the affordability of our homes.”

Property sales stood at approximately RM503.8 million in Q2 FY2026, bringing 1H FY2026 sales to approximately RM876.3 million. Johor was the largest contributor, accounting for approximately 50% of total 1H FY2026 sales, led by strong take-up across Kulai and Kota Tinggi. Healthy take-up across newly launched phases continued to reflect sustained demand for affordable homes, supporting the Group’s earnings visibility as construction progresses.

Looking ahead, Lagenda expects to maintain its development momentum with upcoming launches in new townships across Sungai Petani, Kedah and Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, while continuing to expand within its existing township developments.

Lagenda’s earnings visibility remains strong, with unbilled sales reaching a record high of approximately RM1.75 billion, providing a strong foundation for future revenue recognition. Combined with a landbank of approximately 3,998 acres and an estimated gross development value (“GDV”) of RM10.28 billion, Lagenda has a substantial development pipeline to support future revenue recognition and continued expansion across its key markets.

In line with its commitment to delivering sustainable value to shareholders, Lagenda also announced a single-tier first interim dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share, amounting to approximately RM29.13 million

At the close of trade, Lagenda Properties Berhad shares closed at RM1.46, giving the Group a market capitalisation of RM1.22 billion.
